The wind picked up to about 16 knots so I rigged up the 15m Strike, but as I did so the wind dropped off again. Then stood around on the beach for an hour waiting for it to fill in again. In the end it did a little, but not really enough. I went out and had a few runs, but lost ground downwind so decided enough was enough.

No doubt if I had stayed there the wind would have filled in properly, but I decided to head home and leave the weekend wariors on the beach waiting for wind. It looks now as though there is just enough, so their patience may have paid off.
